WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the Account Management team and the Director of Operations by assisting in the coordination of project and office logistics
- Manage the office calendar; schedule and confirm all client meetings and internal meetings
- Input all project data and maintain accurate tracking within Teamwork, Harvest, and Google Sheets
- Audit and collect weekly data to support Account Management and Operations reporting
- Assist in soliciting and organizing all client assets and project folders in DropBox; including quarterly archive process
- Layout and update project schedules with the oversight of an Account Manager
- Draft project approval forms and ensure client signatures are received and filed
- Maintain an accurate client database with complete contact information
- Oversee collection and organization of all finished client samples for internal promotion
- Serve as the first line of defense for smaller client requests or questions; provide assistance to clients in a professional, clear, and friendly manner
- Assist the Studio Coordinator in any overflow office functions and organization
