We work across brand, communications, digital and design to create brand-led communications for some of the world’s most influential organisations. (Usually within the tech and purpose sectors.)
Our team of designers, copywriters, account managers and digital creatives bring reason and empathy to everything we do.

The Role:

The competencies we’re looking for include:

  • Account and project management: You can lead on smaller pitches and projects, interpreting client briefs, preparing creative briefs to share with internal teams and liaising with the client if required
  • Support: You will be a great team player, happy to support the team in all and any aspects of the project. You’ll be confident and able to hit the ground running.
  • Project admin: You can prepare project quotes and proposals, set up project teams, tools, timing plans and budgets, and schedule studio workflow to ensure deadlines can be met. Your attention to detail will be second to none
  • Financial management: You can track and provide feedback on project finances, with support and guidance from colleagues
  • Communication: You will be an excellent communicator. You will present well, speak articulately, and your written comms will be well considered, without mistakes

We also need you to have:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • Competence working in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Slide Presentations (Google Slides and PowerPoint)

And it would be good if you have:

  • Some knowledge of design agency running / design practices
  • Experience working with any / all of our project management tools, which include Slack, Asana and Instagantt

You’re our type of Human if you’re:

  • Considered: You think carefully before acting and can explain your work with sound rationale.
  • Exacting: You approach every task with seriousness and absolute attention to detail.
  • Calm: You are comfortable with ambiguity and keep perspective about change, responding in calm and professional manner.
  • Insightful: You enjoy learning new things, and can take on board complex information quickly. You’re comfortable tackling abstract ideas.
  • Self-aware: You're willing to learn from others in your team and able to reflect objectively on your own behaviour, acknowledging mistakes or room for improvement.
  • Collaborative: You are a team player, working openly and iteratively. You are attuned into the needs of your colleagues, and are motivated by a strong desire to do really great work with them.
  • Responsible: You can be trusted to take total responsibility for completing any task that you are set.
  • Honest: You can be relied upon to be truthful and trustworthy, even in difficult situations.
