The Account Manager clearly communicates this project plan to the Project Coordination team for execution and day-to-day management. The Account Manager has a proven ability to make strategic decisions and communicates clearly to actively manage the working team, project stakeholders and partners.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience in project management and customer service.
  • Experienced in digital offerings such as website development, SEO, SEM, UX and UI. 
  • Is a professional with experience working in a creative agency who has a proven track record of relationship building.
  • Has a general knowledge of a creative agency's process and project work flow with a strong creative mindset and understanding.
  • Multi-tasker who can easily prioritize in a multi-project environment.
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer service focused with personable demeanor. 
  • Flexible and solution focused when facing shifting priorities, demands and time-lines.
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
  • Genuine, positive, and uplifitng attitude that inspires coworkers and clients.
  • Internally driven to make things better, a creative problem solver.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategically build a high level project plan for projects considering overall work-flow, internal assignments, content development, etc.
  • Oversee the Project Coordination team's execution of project plans to ensure projects remain on-time and on budget.
  • Manage the client relationship and satisfaction level from start to finish.
  • Utilize a pro-active customer service approach in an effort to stay ahead of a client's needs and facilitate project momentum.
  • Manage the SDCO internal team and external contributors to ensure the deliverables of a project are met.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director to seamlessly on-board new clients.
  • Look for opportunities to add further value to projects through strategy, content development, and improved processes.
  • Advices on the digital end user's experience including UX and UI, while considering furthering the client's SEO and SEM goals.
  • Facilitate the success of a job at press (packaging, brochures, etc.) by coordinating with vendors, reviewing proofs, and ensuring the completed job meets client expectations. 
  • Oversee all content management and development.
