About Pandiscio Green:

Pandiscio Green is a New York based creative studio specializing in brand creation, marketing, advertising, creative direction and exhibition design. Our work includes a range of projects in luxury real estate, hospitality, art, culture, and publishing. We collaborate with artists, architects, museums, galleries and developers, among them Jean Nouvel, Herzog & de Meuron, SHoP Architects, Rem Koolhaas / OMA, Bjarke Ingels, Four Seasons Hotel, The Standard, Hotel Americano, The Mark Hotel, John Currin, David Salle, Peter Doig, Neue Galerie, Starr Restaurants, Union Square Hospitality and Major Food Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of designers and reporting directly to the Creative Director
  • Creating and pitching design concepts to studio and clients
  • Incorporating brand concepts into complete, cohesive brand identities
  • Overseeing complex, multifaceted projects from both a creative and logistical perspective
  • Coordinating projects with attention to schedule, scope of work, project budget, and design goals
  • Leading weekly client meetings and implementing feedback within project team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of professional design experience
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert knowledge of print, digital, and environmental design and production
  • Experience leading a team of designers and interfacing with clients without oversight
  • Proven experience creating concept pitches and creative presentations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptionally managerial skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to take critiques with positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Familiarity with the conventions of a studio environment
  • The speed of lightning
  • The precision of a Swiss clock Bonus Points
  • Experience with architectural documents (floor plans, elevations, 3D Models, sections, etc.)
  • Passionate about art, architecture, and food
  • Interest in New York City history, neighborhoods, and culture Elite, demanding clientele calls, of 10 + hour/day work commitment; a good sense of humor will benefit the ideal candidates’ daily experience.
