Anyways Creative are on the lookout for a freelance, part-time community manager to work with us on an exciting new project with the charitable arm of a fashion brand.

You will be joining the team here to be the key management for the running of an Instagram account linked to a charity project we’re developing. This includes making sure that content is posted on the project Instagram account on schedule, writing captions for posts when needed, and overseeing the messages and comments on the account.

You:

  • Demonstrable track record of running social accounts under time constraints
  • Articulate, literate and confident when writing captions
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to follow a content calendar
  • Can follow guidelines and TOV documents, whilst adapting them to the current situation

Key Skills:

  • Communication: Be able to communicate well verbally and working with the community, flagging any good or bad interactions and suggesting next steps.
  • Writing: Be a confident writer for social, using TOV guidelines as a base.
  • Collaboration: Work well with the internal team and external collaborators to ensure that all opinions and viewpoints are heard.
  • Community Management: Run the community management side of the channel, using our TOV. This includes writing captions and comments, responding to DMs, and keeping an eye on the channel daily.
  • Organisation: Being able to post our content to a pre-set schedule, and suggest updated and refinements based on your observations.
  • Paid Media: Be confident in putting money behind content through Facebook’s Ads Manager tool.

Details:

  • Renumeration: £25 per hour
  • Hours: Circa 8 hours a week, to be split throughout. Expect workflow to be discussed with successful candidate.
  • Location: Remote
  • Application deadline: 31st July 2020
  • Start date: Mid September (TBC)
  • End date: TBC - To be reviewed after 3 months
