Eulogy are looking for a strong and ambitious Mid-weight Designer to join their small but growing creative Studio. You will be passionate about graphic design, emerging formats and creative technologies and have varied creative interests.

As a key member of the agency team, who will be working across the agency, you will be able to build strong internal relationships and be able to hit the ground running. The pace is pretty fast and no day will be the same.

What you will be responsible for:

Working with a junior designer alongside you, you will work across a varied set of briefs coming into our creative Studio, supporting client work, internal agency projects and agency PR and marketing. We deliver everything from creative branding, web design and digital ads to dynamic social content and video, as well as OOH and print advertising. With the opportunity to work for major household brands as well as new and exciting start ups and disruptors, this role also offers an opportunity for further responsibility, management, and influence as we grow our Studio offer. The world is your oyster!

The briefs are varied:

  • Social and digital formats: dynamic and gamified content, banners and social ads, animated graphics, social platform filters and stickers, campaign video…
  • TTL print and web: Campaign key art, posters, invitations, booklets, web banners, apparel, infographics…
  • Experiential: event space concept visuals, event large format graphics…

You will be confident in presenting your ideas to marketing teams and stakeholders in the agency and collaborating with account teams. You will be confident in guiding and conselling account teams on better ways to consider and utilise design strategically for clients. This role is currently aimed at a mid-weight level designer who is ambitious, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior role and lead a growing team.

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong graphic design skills: typography, layout, colour, understanding of setup for print
  • Able to bring your ideas to life both verbally and visually and comfortable presenting to other members of the team
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst being highly adaptable
  • Solution-focused, proactive, resilient, and able to use feedback as a tool to progress and improve.

  • A love for visual storytelling
  • Creative thinker who can translate strategic and marketing needs into beautiful brand work
  • Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection
  • Varied design experience showing you can take adapt a design or concept across a variety of channels
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt with a fast, growing business
  • Confidence is presenting your ideas and providing design counsel to account teams and senior leadership
  • Ideally experience presenting directly to clients
  • 3+ years agency or in-house experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools is a must - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
  • Ideally experience using Cinema 4D, Premier Pro, Spark AR and similar

Personal skills required:
