As a Digital Communications Manager you will combine your creativity, practical marketing knowledge and in depth understanding of current media trends to:

- Deliver promotional messages
- Create, manage and report on campaigns
- Lead our lead generation practices
- Increase brand recognition.

This position requires a working knowledge of SEO, growth tracking and web-related data analysis, as well as competency in basic publishing and marketing software. You must also have a love for creating content and approach it with wit, humor and a “no-bullshit”attitude.

It’s important to us you love what you do and share interests with the team: being active on social media is an absolute must, as is a love of design and an awareness of the latest media trends and tech culture.

This is a highly collaborative position where teamwork and communication skills are vital. Our team is entrepreneurial, smart, hard working and fun and Wunderdogs is a challenging yet very rewarding place to work. One where your effort and passion can make a real difference to our clients, employees and creative community.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years digital communications experience in agency environment
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Successful content or growth marketing portfolio
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust our company’s communications iteratively
  • Experience managing social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn are a plus)
  • Knowledge of basic SEO practices
  • Experience working with Mailchimp
  • Ability to work at least 4 business hours in PST time zone
  • Experience communicating with partners and colleagues in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivation in a remote professional environment and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present work internally
  • Sharp attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment
  • Interest in design trends, creative technology, and digital marketing
