Atomic Brands is at the center of the white-hot world of ready-to-drink cocktails. With the release of three new product lines in the last year and exciting innovation in the pipeline, they’re in need of someone to help them powerfully and coherently present their brands to consumers.  

The position of Graphic Designer at Atomic Brands will be focused on the Monaco Cocktails line of products; currently the top selling spirit-based canned cocktail in the US. 

Projects will range in scope from large-scale billboard designs for new product releases, to collaborating with their field marketing team on merchandise and promotional items for their national event series.  The ideal candidate for this role has a strong attention to detail and proven skills in the development of compelling designs for consumer packaged goods or other relevant industries.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate on the ideation, planning, and execution of dynamic point-of-sale and digital design projects.
  • Ensure all point-of-sale and digital designs stand out in the marketplace, and have a consistent look and feel.
  • Maintain highly organized file management and project workflow systems.
  • Regularly assess design needs/priorities and clearly identify and communicate any roadblocks to the team. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to create dynamic in-store graphics and promotional material.
  • Work closely with the field marketing team in the creation of compelling graphics and merchandise for our national event series and festival sponsorships. 
  • Collaborate with photographers on shot lists/vision to ensure appropriate photos are taken in the pursuit of high-quality
  • visual assets for marketing materials.
  • Leverage and manage outside design/production vendors. 
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive set of Brand Guidelines/Best Practices to support our third-party designers and distributor partners. 

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A strong understanding of InDesign, Premiere Pro/Final Cut,
  • Lightroom, etc. is also a huge plus.
  • Strong portfolio of work in consumer-packaged-goods or other relevant industry
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to dispassionately absorb & apply constructive criticism from colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree
