We’re looking for an exceptionally talented graphic designer to collaborate on current and upcoming creative projects. Ideal candidates will work on-site in our Winston-salem NC studio but remote opportunity is a possibility.

  • Designer with 3-5 years experience 
  • Conceptual exploration including drawing sketching research for design projects and execution 
  • Passionate about graphic design with sensibilities for typography, photography and conceptual thinking
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for both print and digital work 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Skilled in typography, layout, photography direction, information hierarchy, and branding 
  • Self starter with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with collaborating and taking direction from leadership 
  • Ability to create in a fast-paced environment while adhering to critical project deadlines 
  • Critical thinker and creative problem finder who seeks problems and challenges 
  • Positive attitude that is able to inspire those around you, accountability for designated responsibilities and comfort in owning a project from inception to completion 
  • Support creative directors and clients with design from concept and research to design and implementation
  • Ensure that the Creative Director's vision and the studio philosophy is maintained throughout each project —
  • Manage work with tight deadlines 
  • Assist with print production and coordination of projects 
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for projects 
  • Coordinate with vendors on execution of projects 
  • Illustration, photography and animation skills are a plus but not required.
