Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, you are commercially aware of how brands within the retail environment communicate. You can work independently or as part of a team and are not afraid to share your creative ideas or just muck in and work hard.

You will:

  • Prepare key design presentations and pitches to support the business
  • Take briefings from concept to completion being accountable for delivery of projects
  • Excellent time management skills, well organised and retail oriented
  • Manage multiple work streams effectively to meet deadlines
  • Lead own design briefs with guidance from the design director
  • Be comfortable presenting your ideas to clients and the team
  • Be a team player, sharing thoughts and ideas with the team
  • Have an opportunity to influence and steer the direction of our brand
  • Update our website, digital portfolio, newsflash and press release layouts
  • Create PR related collateral encompassing all aspects of social media
  • Inquisitive, and always looking to learn and build on your own design skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrates knowledge of brand, environmental, way finding and digital design
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop and/or other common design applications
