Mini Title are seeking an energetic, hard working and detail-focused individual to join the London team for a 6 month internship starting in early-mid March. The candidate will support the production teams and agents across a wide range of tasks, as well as facilitating office management duties.

Experience working in photo, film or fashion production, alongside a strong interest in these sectors is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optioning studios, assistant and hair & makeup teams for upcoming shoots
  • Booking travel for artists and shoot teams
  • Creating call sheets and production documents
  • Organising and packing production kits for upcoming shoots
  • Acting as on-set production assistant for both studio and location shoots
  • Updating artist preferences and production databases
  • Maintaining image archives and backups
  • Updating artist website portfolios and physical books

Desired skills:

  • An organised and intuitive approach to completing tasks
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Google Docs, Microsoft Office & Mac OSX
  • Knowledge of image and video file types
  • Fluency in English
  • Great phone skills
