Grace & Rose is looking for a multidisciplinary, dynamic and fun middleweight graphic designer to join the Grace & Rose team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in an incredibly passionate team and help them build a natural, cruelty-free, vegan skincare brand targeting both tweens / teens and mothers. Their brand is fun, colourful and aspirational.

Key responsibilities:

  • You'll be the guardian of our brand and help develop the style guides
  • Create visual layouts from concept to completion, across print and digital, including packaging artworks, promotional campaigns and social media assets
  • Developing and maintaining the visual language of Grace & Rose across all our products digital (web, mobile) and print

Skills:

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role preferably in a start-up environment
  • A degree in Graphic Design
  • Extensive knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Illustration skills to create icons for ingredients, values, etc. (Wacom tablet provided)
  • Working under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Superb attention to detail with excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
  • Ability to prioritise your work, with excellent organisational skills
  • Photography skills: taking product and lifestyle shots in our in-house studio, retouching and editing

Bonus skills:

  • Understanding of web design and the digital space a big plus
