Learn In is the first comprehensive upskilling-as-a-service platform helping companies solve for every barrier that stands between them and the future of work. They make upskilling easy and affordable for both employers and employees, and partner with the best in new-age training and financing providers. 

They are looking for their first product designer. This position will report directly to their Chief Product Officer, and can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. They are a venture backed startup offering equity in the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Help define and research the problems around skill development for employees and companies
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for experimentation and feedback
  • Create simple user experiences 
  • Define the information architecture and visual design
  • Help build and evolve our design system
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering in planning and implementing sprints and projects
  • Talk with users and own the usability of the product
  • Work with the team to craft and drive the vision and strategy of the product

What it takes:

  • A passion for improving people’s lives and careers through education
  • Empathy for the end-user of the product
  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Strong portfolio of work showing strong user experience and visual design
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a remote, startup environment
  • Enterprise Saas experience is a plus
