What you’ll be working on
- Drive design for the company, including designing workflows, detailed interactions, high-fidelity visuals, and user testing; and ensuring quality implementation
- Challenge product direction and provide alternative solutions, while explaining and debating the reasoning behind your product decisions
- They’re building world-class consumer-grade products for businesses and their employees – their domain is inherently complex and we’re making it simple, frictionless and pleasing to use
- Work closely with the founders, along with product and engineering leads
- Examining data points and behavioural patterns, making product improvements where possible

- 3+ years experience in designing user experiences across multiple platforms (Mobile, web)
- Excellent understanding of design best practices, with the ability to turn complex flows and interactions into simple solutions
- Sensitivity to user experience - with an intuition for the user and enthusiasm for testing those assumptions; you will champion user needs and share insights with your product team
- Experience with tools like Sketch or Figma
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers across product and engineering
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Have the ability to develop and manage a Design System from scratch
