The company is focused at the highest end of the market, co-founded by several of the most innovative leaders in the industry, operational in New York, The Hamptons and Miami and responsible for many of the most notable development and hotel projects. 

OFFICIAL recognizes that in order to capitalize on this firm’s recent momentum, that marketing, branding and communications need to take center stage. 

As OFFICIAL embarks on an exciting branding initiative across the entire company in partnership with a world class branding studio, they are seeking to hire the very first senior creative leader. This individual will partner with OFFICIAL’s co-founders to guide brand development, agency management and all creative production.

Who are you?

  • Thoughtful, creative, curious, tireless, tenacious and most motivated when challenged and empowered 
  • A design professional with at least 5+ year of experience, preferably in an agency setting or with a brand where you managed online and offline projects with ease 
  • Passionate about all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery
  • As comfortable designing for online as you are for offline mediums
  • Able to pull from adjacent industries (architecture, interior design, hospitality etc) to inject true high end creative thinking into OFFICIAL’s creative 
  • Strong presenter with experience leading creative presentations
  • A systems-thinker with a proven ability to build and implement thoughtful visual identity systems beginning to end
  • Able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, keep track of deadlines and handle a fast-paced (but never boring!)  work environment
  • Lover and student of print methods and materials with the ability to lead print production projects from idea to execution
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and Figma
  • Curious about new technologies and tools - someone who is always suggesting newer, faster, smarter tools and ideas

 Bonus points for:

  • Luxury branding experience 
  • Formal design education or degree
  • Any specific training or certifications in UI/UX
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the guardian of all national, regional and product brand guidelines 
    Oversee development and execution of:
  • ALL digital creative initiatives - emails, invitations  and social media graphics, responsive websites (using templates), landing pages (with Unbounce or similar)
  • ALL print creative initiatives (brochures, advertising, outdoor media, direct mail, packaging)
  • Build and manage an outsourced team of freelance designers and creatives 
  • Maintain creative and content updates on the officialpartners.com website 
  • Create internal branding materials such as lookbooks, decks, and client presentations  
  • Operate seamlessly within project and  email marketing platforms
