Role:

If you are an experienced, multidisciplinary designer the top of your game who lives and breathes digital design but isn’t afraid to flex the ol’ print & layout muscles from time to time - Wildern Design & Interactive Agency wants to hear from you! BIPOC, women, non-binary, and LGBTQ individuals are encouraged to apply.

They’re looking for a senior graphic designer with experience working in a wide range of creative disciplines including: branding, web design, layout, and typography. Their ideal candidate is a natural leader, enthusiastic team player, and pragmatic problem solver. You should be equally comfortable pitching clients your ideas as you are mentoring the next generation of creatives on their team.
OH - and did we mention their 4-day work week!? 100% productivity, 100% pay, 80% time. The Wildern work week is 32 hours, Monday - Thursday.

Headquartered in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Wildern Design & Interactive works with some of the most iconic Seattle institutions. There, you’ll have a chance to work with organizations big and small who trust them with their logo and brand identities, websites, print and packaging, storefront design, experiences, and much more. Industries they work with include: hospitality, beauty, fashion, tourism, technology, and healthcare (just to name a few). They have a reputation for designing desirable brand identities and innovative digital solutions. Their clients have described us as “brilliant,” “super fun,” “creative,” and “innovative” - but they try to stay humble. It’s not witchcraft– but it’s pretty close. The secret to their success is their tight-knit team of dazzling designers, developers, and creative strategists who collaborate on every project.
