Role:

How & How are looking for a keen, multi-talented freelance / part-time Digital Designer to join the flexible workforce of our Lisbon-based team. You will work alongside our core Designers, Project Manager and Directors in our Lisbon office at Second Home Lisboa or remotely.

You will have raw talent, curiosity, a strong creative instinct and relentless attention to detail — and help us deliver work for our clients which is bold, conceptual and different. You will be a team player who will be generous with ideas, and have strong beliefs — loosely held.

A Mid-weight or Senior Digital Designer at How & How is responsible for translating our branding projects into websites and web applications. An understanding of digital design best-practice, sensibility to brand design, as well as an obsession with the perfect balance of form and function are all essential to the role.

In addition, all our team members are not afraid to get stuck in on all levels of work. Egos get left at the door.

As a semi-remote agency we expect our designers to manage both themselves and their projects, while having impeccable communication skills to coordinate with the management team and other designers.

For Lisbon-based designers, we have a studio where you can work alongside the team, combined with remote work if desired.

The Digital Designer is reporting into the creative lead on a project base, usually a Design Director or a Creative Director. They work closely with our brand designers and developers to ensure brand identities are translated into working products with every interaction and touch point considered for both usability and brand fidelity.
