Role:

Textline is on a mission to help companies improve their customer experience 160 characters at a time. We are a business texting platform empowering teams to communicate personally and more efficiently via text messages. We are a small and growing design team that is looking to add our fourth team member. This is a Visual Designer position that will focus on expanding the brand by leading the design of Textline’s demand generation efforts.

The ideal Visual Designer at Textline is well-rounded, thoughtful, and should have experience in working with digital and print mediums. This position is critical to the brand-building efforts of Textline, and it is important that the designer understands the need for building a consistent visual language while balancing the act of exploring new ideas. The Visual Designer at Textline will work closely with the entire team but will spend much of their time working with other designers, writers, and marketers on a variety of projects. Specifically, you will work alongside Textline’s Creative Director, Shawn Ryan. Some of the key projects are related to textline.com, sales enablement, field and events marketing, and demand generation (advertising). This position is a mid-level role and will report to Textline’s Chief Creative Officer, Jordan Gadapee.

The design team at Textline is full of smart, passionate, and nerdy people interested in making their best work and learning new things. We make our best work by relying on our hunches and validate results with data. If you think you’d be a good fit for the team and are interested in the work listed below, please apply.
