Must also have
- At least 5 years of creative agency experience, including effectively leading multi-disciplinary teams, fostering successful client relationships and managing a range of design projects
- Strong strategic instincts
- The ability to lead with empathy, and nurture strong connections with our clients and team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to strategically frame challenges and creative solutions
- Crazy attention to detail
- A sense of humor
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities include
- Establishing and building strong client relationships and serving as a main point of contact
- Understanding and articulating clients’ biggest opportunities, and guiding the team to exceed client expectations
- Planning and coordinating project resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identifying and pursuing the right new business opportunities and leading the team to develop proposals and presentations
- Supporting studio operations and helping create an environment for the team to do their best work
