Role:

Podsights is a platform for brands to understand and scale podcast advertising. Their mission is to become the operating system for podcast advertising and grow the podcast industry. They likely already work with your favorite publisher and handle over 10 billion events a month.
With a kazoo for a logo, they’ve never been afraid to stand out, but they’re looking for their first Brand Designer to elevate their visual design across all aspects of their product. They need someone to take ownership of their brand language and help them extend it further. This will require strong brand design know-how. They believe that where you went to school has little bearing on your performance as an engineer. Where you live isn’t a proxy for talent. Your current employer provides low signal about your future potential.
Different backgrounds bring different perspectives, and they believe this helps them be better problem solvers. They encourage applications from all sorts of diverse backgrounds. As a Brand Designer, you will be working with our Product Designer, Product Manager, and Marketing Team.
