Need Pastel is looking to hire a Digital Coordinator. This position will be located in Los Angeles, in person. The ideal candidate will Ideally be someone that has their finger on the beat of culture, very detail oriented and is versatile.

 

Need Pastel is looking to hire a Graphic Designer. This position will be located in Los Angeles /remote friendly. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. Must be familiar with current music and fashion trends.

Some of the tasks include:

  • • Working closely with creative director to help organize & streamline all projects
  • • Write creative briefs + pitches
  • • Communicate with internal team/contractors to make sure schedules & deadlines are executed
  • • Communicate/outreach with clients
  • • Take notes on calls + create meeting memos
  • • Delegate tasks to internal team and external contractors
  • • Have good taste & understand aesthetic and curation
  • • Strong social media understanding required
  • • Help manage project budgets


Must have experience using Work Management Platforms
Spanish speaker is a plus
