Antidote - the marketing agency communicating through email & SMS, is  looking for a tasteful & collaborative graphic designer to join our team. It's a weird niche, one crowded with self-described "direct marketers". They're not that .... They just genuinely love brands, design, all things creative & running * profitable marketing *. They make emails fun! It's like designing a website, delivered through the inbox. You'll be supporting some of the brightest up & coming direct-to-consumer brands, designing for one of their most profitable marketing channels.

This is why their team can work from almost anywhere (their office is in basecamp), choose their own hours (for the most part) and why they ruthlessly defend work-life balance. They're also introducing a bonus sharing program in 2021, pushing to make things healthier for partners & team ☺︎.

    Basically, they're down for open communication & support. That's all they ask in return.

    - They don't like to guess. it's not fun getting things wrong.
