Ideally, you have 3-6+ months of experience and a passion for all things design. You’re not afraid to ask questions, you’re hungry to learn and you’re now ready to take the leap working for a progressive agency.

We are a small, friendly team who cares deeply about what we do, who we work with, and how it impacts the world. You’ll be working with founding directors, graphic designers, and freelancers. Tasks will include ideas generation, design development, and application across print and digital media, artworking, and seeing projects through to completion.

As a small studio, everyone gets a big say and can lead on projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity if you’re driven to develop your skills as part of a studio that will continue to grow in the future.

Experience and skills required

  • A portfolio that shows creative concepts, design application and final outcomes
  • Degree or equivalent in graphic design or graphic communication
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ideally 3-6+ months experience
  • A love of typography
  • A working knowledge of other skills such as animation, web development or photography is welcome but by no means essential

Location, hours, and salary

Studio based in High Bridge Works, Newcastle upon Tyne
9–5.30pm Monday to Thursday*
Salary of £19-£22k per annum

*Part-time roles may also be considered, please state availability and circumstances (i.e., still studying etc.) on application. Salary and hours for part time positions TBC.
