Job Summary:

As Junior Designer, you’ll work together with our design team to produce visual assets for our marketing, sales, and engineering departments. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Lead and Head of Organic Growth to prototype and produce animations, illustrations, and employer branding materials, among other things. We’ll make sure that you grow both professionally and personally and receive the support that you need to flourish in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce short video animations using motion graphics
  • Produce infographic assets for the blog
  • Support the production of visuals for Employer Branding (e.g., Zoom background, presentations, social media posts)
  • Cross-collaborate with the marketing team on the design of the assets for paid campaigns

Requirements

  • Proficiency with After Effects and Adobe Photoshop (Figma is a big plus)
  • A portfolio demonstrating skills and projects involving Motion Graphic Design & Graphic Design
  • Comfortable with remote-first culture
  • A curious, scientific mind
  • A keen eye for detail in typography, layout, color
