They are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer with a passion for brand and branding. You’re a highly motivated designer committed to creating inspiring work and who has a genuine interest in bringing brand stories to life. You’ll need the ability to mix creative flair with commercial awareness and the experience of remaining composed when things get busy. As a multi-disciplined designer, your primary role is to respond to brand identity and activation briefs, creating work with brilliant creative ideas, exceptional design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking. Working in collaboration with the wider creative team which will include planners, strategists, designers, and project managers, you will be responsible for ensuring their creative work and service meets the expectations of their clients.
The Team's design community is a multi-disciplinary group of creatives which include Brand, UX, UI, Motion and Production designers. A highly collaborative collective and technically skilled creators and makers, driven by creative thinking, designed to inspire.

Your qualifications, experience & skills
  • The ideal candidate will have the following profile of skills and experience:
  • Degree level qualification from an Art/Design college;
  • Ideally a minimum of three to five years’ experience in branding, including visual identities, brand experiences and brand campaigns;
  • Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop;
  • Excellent knowledge of the print and production process;
  • A passion for digital experience design and digital channels;
  • Conceptually ambitious and strong
  • Confident interpersonal, presentation and communication skills necessary to present your solutions and to build trust and respect both with clients and the team; and
  • Excellent eye for detail, ambitious for the quality of your work, and a constant search for excellence.
