Job Brief

They are looking for a Senior Designer to produce digital and print creative projects to address our clients’ promotional material and branded merchandise needs. As most of our largest clients are tech, to be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Silicon Valley companies’ design sensibilities and quirks. You will also create internal physical and online marketing materials.

 

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be a member of a team who is the leader of brand voice, creative storytelling, and expression across all brand marketing. In this role, you will be developing seasonal brand stories, big ideas, and innovative marketing programs to inspire customers and brand vision. You will create attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer and develop campaigns designed to stand apart from competitors.

  • Create internal branding materials such as lookbooks, product decks, and customer presentations Update website monthly 
  • Create internal marketing materials including product & company decks and lookbooks
  • Serve as liaison between the account managers and customer/s for overseeing that all projects meet the highest print-ready technical standards while maintaining creative intent
  • Update internal website on a monthly basis
  • Design and edit logos and designs for promotional products such as t-shirts, hats mugs, etc.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Create brand guidelines to deliver clear usage of seasonal campaign photography.
     

Requirements

  • Proven 5 years of graphic arts work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
  • Technical design is a must
  • Portfolio of completed design projects
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • Promotional and branded merchandise design experience a plus
  • A good listener and able to take constructive feedback
