What you’ll do.

This is a highly collaborative role in which you'll work on the full life cycle of design from ideation and concept creation through to collaboration with software engineers to bring designs to life.

This role sits on the Digital Team within the Marcom department. You'll report to the Head of Digital, and work closely with Procreate's Art Director, Head of Communication and Project Manager. You’ll take briefs, give and receive feedback and ensure you're adhering to internal standards and prioritising according to wider business objectives.

You’ll work with your team and the wider Marcom Department to create and deliver highly tailored marketing campaigns and one-off promotional material. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work on internal software tools that assists your colleagues in the execution of their own duties.

Ideation and concept generation.

Your past experiences will have prepared you for the full design life cycle. You'll brainstorm, ideate and iterate on concepts in order to achieve the production of complete working designs.

Data driven and analytical design approach.

Your approach to design will be informed by relevant data and analytics. You'll define goals and metrics to measure the success of your work and analyse user data to identify user patterns which will directly inform your design focus. Your work will improve user experiences and encourage higher levels of user engagement.

Optimisation of existing user experiences.

As you become familiar with Procreate's design environment and platforms, you'll identify areas where Procreate can refine their digital products as well as address areas of opportunity and growth.

Build and maintain design systems.

You'll have had experience creating department wide design systems, style guides and clear design process documentation. Your efforts in this area will contribute to Procreate's overall design consistency and scalability.

Experience with a wide range of creative software.
