Role:

Curology is seeking a passionate Senior Web Designer to join their growing team and lead design execution for their website and landing pages. This role requires strategic thinking, the ability to tell compelling stories, visual and technical excellence, a mind for art direction, and a collaborative spirit.

In joining their Site Team, you'll build unforgettable brand experiences on the web in close collaboration with their Product, User Research, User Acquisition, and Creative teams. As a design leader, your work will have an immediate impact on the lives of their users. Curology's mission is to Make Effective Skincare Accessible and you will play an instrumental role in making our treatments and products accessible to all.

The tech team follows the “Shape-Up” product development process. This means all projects go through a 6-week shaping phase and then a 6-week building phase. During the shaping phase, you’ll work closely with a PM to shape upcoming projects with key stakeholders. During the building phase, your team will consist of 1-2 engineers, and a copywriter. In other words, this will be a cross-functional role where you will work with designers, creatives, PMs, department leads and engineers.

This is a critical role on the design team. Their web pages are viewed by millions of people each month, and have a large impact on their success as a company.
