About The Role


Join us as our first Brand Designer to implement and expand the Eppo brand! With the recent rebrand, we need to extend and uphold the quality and consistency across our customers touch points. You will lead the way in implementing a fun, differentiated, but accessible B2B brand. Bonus points if you have experience with Webflow development.What you’ll do

  • Digital design:
    • Create templates and assets for various marketing channels, such as social media, emails, presentations, ads, and more.
    • Bespoke images for our blog posts on Outperform
  • Print/Swag: Event and internal collaterals, such as printed banners, socks, shirts, etc. such as the magic 8-balls and coffee cups here
  • Web design: Landing pages for product launches, such as Feature Flagging
  • Proactively up-level our craft and processes to ensure that work is impactful, tracked, and completed on-time with quality.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product Designers to gather feedback and prioritize your work.
  • *Nice to have, if you’re capable: Maintain and develop our Webflow site

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Mature our deliverables: 5+ years as a Brand or Visual Designer with some in-house experiences, you know how to navigate and prioritize work in a growth-stage startup world. You’ll make impact by improving our speed and quality of delivery.
  • Resourcefulness: A can-do and proactive attitude when faced with ambiguous challenges
  • Low ego: You can strongly articulate your design decisions and listen to feedback
