Hey, I'm Sebastiaan Scheer, a UX/Design Director calling the Netherlands home. With a foundation of 15+ years in digital craft, I've been at the forefront of guiding UX and UI teams within the dynamic digital design landscape. I am currently serving as a board member for Dutch Digital Design since 2019. Before that I was Head of Design at MediaMonks. These roles have equipped me with insights into the intricacies of design management, enabling me to navigate the evolving challenges of the industry. They've been my classrooms, shaping me into someone who understands the ins and outs of the design process and design management.

I’m Fab, a Freelance Creative with a long experience as Art Director, Director and Brand Designer working internationally. I have previously worked with award-winning creative agencies such as Snask (Sweden), &Walsh (NY) and Koto amongst others. My work nails the sweet spot between design and advertising, whipping up purposeful creative solutions. Currently based in sunny Barcelona, I work on a varied range of projects, from brand identities to art direction, conceptual work and photography. Hi! My name is Dani Avila, I’m a graphic designer and art director focused on brand identity, typography and motion design. I’m based in Barcelona but I work for multiple companies and brands around the world. After working in graphic design, I specialized in (3D) motion graphics developing audiovisual projects for clients as Samsung, HP or SEAT among others.

Chandni Poddar is a freelance designer and animator from India. She has worked at The Working Assembly, Mojo Supermarket, Pentagram and Sunday Afternoon in New York before moving back to India in 2022. Chandni designs, animates, and illustrates using a colorful and bold style with cultural influences from India. Some of her past clients include Bleacher Report, NPR, Adobe, The New York Times, Klarna and Mass Mutual. Her formal education includes a degree in Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Hey! I'm Ed, a freelance Brand Designer and previously Senior Designer and Design Lead at London-based design studio OMSE, where I became captivated by brands with a story to tell and a good cause at their heart. Now freelancing directly with brands and agencies such as Koto Studio, with a focus on crafting brands that deliver purpose, challenge convention and ignite conversation. I'm now woking remotely, but have been based in London since I graduated from Winchester School of Art in 2016. I learnt my craft as a graphic designer at a few agencies, growing as a designer and storyteller one step at a time. "The most important thing I learnt was to let the ideas in your work do the talking. For me, great work balances a clear idea with a clever execution." 

Hi there! My name is Tayler Culligan and I am a designer, art director, and sometimes educator in Dallas, Texas. As the only kid I knew that had a favorite font when they were 9, I eventually channeled my love of design and the visual arts into a career. I studied advertising art direction and graphic design at Columbia College Chicago, where I graduated as class Valedictorian (so, yes also a nerd). I’ve had nearly a decade of experience working in an array of design environments as well as in a variety of fields. I have re-invented my career focus multiple times, working at large design agencies, as well as boutique branding agencies. I also spent many years freelancing both in-house and with my own clients. A lifetime believer of “don’t ask, don’t get,” I have landed my dream job multiple times, including at Peck Design Associates in Nashville and now at Matchbox Studio in Dallas. I worked very hard for my accomplishments, and believe anyone else can too. I am thankful for all the people I have learned from in my career, and am passionate about paying it forward through mentorship, teaching college courses, and community design groups. Now, I am a mom trying to juggle career and life goals, which is a topic that doesn’t get brought up a lot in design circles. At every stage of life, it has been a struggle trying to define what “balance” means, but it’s a conversation well worth having.

Ahoj! I am a graphic designer, art director & design director with 18+ years of experience in various creative fields. Over the years I worked in various places and countries (Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia) at big corporate agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi or O2 in-house agency) and smaller studios – most notably Stockholm agency SNASK. I love to work with a certain playfulness and with a style that is easy to digest and nice to look at. Definitely, the pop culture and television aesthetics shaped my style and taste the most. I have more than 15 years of work experience in the fields of graphic design, advertising and art direction. Have been working for some smaller studios and also for super big agencies in 4 different countries. My main focus is on branding, visual communication and art direction. I really like when the design can communicate emotion and stand out, but at the same time still keeps its functional purpose.
