👋 Hey! I'm Julia, an Argentine multidisciplinary designer, photographer & educator based in London. I specialise in Creative Direction, Brand Design Systems and Digital Design for a wide range of global clients/studios.
With a passion for questioning the status quo, in 2020 I founded a design studio that works within the intersection of art, design and storytelling, frequently crossing over the distinct boundaries set in Graphic Design, bringing concept-driven visual identities to life through thoughtfully crafted printed and digital implementations.
My work has been recognised all over the world. I had the honour of being part of multiple exhibitions, publications and contests, from The London Design Festival to The Florence Biennale. They have also been exhibited at POCKO Gallery, London and Object Book Festival, Milan. Feel free to explore my Portfolio & Instagram.
What's the format? Ask me anything. We'll explore broader questions based on your own preferences. Freelancing, Workflow, My work, Your work, Design Systems, Challenges, Career Advice, Interview Skills, Food and beyond. This mentorship is all about collaboration, challenging the status quo, and motivating you to discover unexplored areas of design.
As a Latina woman who has worked in the creative industry as a creative and artistic director for over 10 years, I know the struggles of thriving as a design leader in a male-dominated industry. As I want to be part of the change I want to see, we'll talk about leadership, how to overcome being the only woman in the room, not being afraid to think differently, standing out from the crowd, and pushing design forward as a leader and not someone who follows the rules.
We'll sit together to. to break down your goals, ideas and look at the overall visual language of your portfolio and how your projects work in context; leaving the room with a better understanding of your own work, and how to build a killer portfolio. I'm keen to share the knowledge I've accumulated over the years. So whether you’re just starting out with a new venture, or have an established career, I’m excited to help you get to where you want to go.
I offer Mentorships in 2 languages: 🇬🇧 English & 🇪🇸 Spanish
