Position Summary
Harness is seeking a visionary, and hands on Creative Director to join our marketing team and lead our global creative efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee a talented team of geo-distributed creatives to elevate the Harness brand across multiple platforms. In this role, you will champion innovative ideas and strategies that resonate with our audience, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
You will be responsible for driving creative excellence in all marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to content creation and visual storytelling. About the Role
- Cultivate and enhance Harness’ core brand identity, voice, visual diagrams, and explanatory visuals.
- Lead a diverse team of brand designers, offering mentorship, career development, and creative guidance.
- Evaluate our creative strategies, analyze competitor efforts, and propose and implement a cohesive creative vision.
- Generate concepts for content initiatives, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding projects.
About You
- Extensive experience in brand development for SaaS organizations.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Background in B2B communications with an understanding of relevant target audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for enhancing storytelling and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting work and providing creative leadership.
- Proven experience in team management, including hiring, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a design-centric culture.
