🎯 The Role: Founding Designer

This isn’t your average design gig. As our first full-time designer, you’ll own the look, feel, and vibe of everything we put into the world, from brand identity to marketing assets to product UI.

You’ll help us answer big questions like:

• What should AI-powered automation feel like?
• How can we make enterprise-grade automation as friendly as a Sunday morning app?
• How do we make our brand unforgettable?

You’ll collaborate closely with the founders, engineers, and marketing to turn ideas into experiences, and pixels into growth.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Craft and evolve our brand identity; across web, social, docs, and beyond
• Design intuitive, clean, and delightful product interfaces
• Create scroll-stopping marketing visuals and campaigns
• Build systems that scale design across every channel
• Shape and uphold a strong visual voice across the company

💡 What You Bring

• A portfolio that makes us say “hell yeah” — across brand, marketing, and product
• Sharp skills in graphic design, web design, and UI/UX
• Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• A strong sense of taste and storytelling
• Experience designing for SaaS, AI tools or startups
• Self-starter energy: you’re comfortable owning big projects solo
