The opportunity:

The Junior Integrated Graphic Designer will work to design and build onsite landing pages and onsite banners but also creation of e-newsletters and social display. As a Digital Designer you will utilise and demonstrate your design and UX skills on our website to support the Digital platform, ensuring quality of brand representation and our customer’s experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

‍•Constructing web pages using our in-house CMS and potentially supplementing the code with HTML
•Involved in the creation of web content, landing pages along with the concept and creation of website banner assets.
•Design and build responsive HTML emails for the CRM program.
•Develop and maintain new and existing email creatives and templates.
•Implement various testing schedules in order to optimise CRM activities, such as time / day of email sends and A / B tests for content and subject lines.
•Troubleshoot and fix errors in HTML when required.
•Design for Social Content  

Skills / Qualifications:

‍•Knowledge of graphic and web design using Photoshop
•Experience and knowledge designing and building dynamic, mobile optimised, responsive HTML email templates (Ometria).
•Have an understanding of the limitations and behavior of different email clients and browsers.
•Good knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite with excellent digital design, graphic and typography skills (Aftereffects is a plus).
•Experience in HTML, CSS, front end coding desirable but training can be given.
•A good knowledge and passion for digital technology and functionality – especially around eCRM, and propose new directions, solutions and practices.
•Experience in retail ecommerce desirable.
•A strong portfolio showing examples of relevant work produced exhibiting strong design, creative, typography, colour and layout theory and application skills.
