Remote UI/UX Product Designer

Job Description

At Artisan, we're creating AI Employees, called Artisans, and software which is beautiful, easy to use, and replaces the endless stack of point solutions. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Our platform contains every tool needed for outbound sales - B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools and so much more.

We recently raised an $11M seed round from top investors, and are looking for superstar employees to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work towards building a multi-billion dollar company 🦄

We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be the best version available on the market. Our design style is modern, moderately futuristic and delightful. We strive to create B2B user experiences that feel like using leading consumer apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional UI/UX designs as we execute our ambitious product roadmap.
  • Maintain an organized design process in Linear.
  • Keep your Figma files clean and organized.
  • QA features engineers have developed and ensure they match your designs.
  • Work with engineering squads throughout the feature development process.
  • Use your intuition to create exceptional products, straying from PRDs when necessary.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices.

About You

  • You are an extraordinary product designer who creates user interfaces that fill people with delight.
  • A person who does not settle for "good", and strives for "great".
  • A forward-thinker who can consistently come up with great, unique ideas.
  • Somebody willing to put in hard work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience designing a B2B SaaS or consumer tech product.
