In MRM Madrid we are looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong creative vision, proven experience in developing integrated campaigns, and the ability to craft compelling stories across both digital and traditional platforms. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead the creative process, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver standout campaigns that captivate global audiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact, integrated campaigns that blend digital and traditional media.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and other team members to develop and execute creative strategies.
- Present and sell creative ideas to clients with confidence, both in English and in high-stakes global settings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand goals and meet deadlines.
- Direct and oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring quality and innovation in all deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in advertising, digital platforms, and traditional media to maintain cutting-edge creative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring creative environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in art direction within a creative agency or similar setting, focusing on global campaigns.
- Experience developing integrated campaigns that effectively combine digital (social, web, mobile) and traditional (print, TV, OOH) platforms.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to present and defend ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A portfolio of award-winning work that showcases creativity, strategic thinking, and a diverse range of campaigns.
- Experience working with international clients and markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
