If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a keen eye for visual design, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you have the opportunity to define how our clients interact with cutting-edge AI-native products. You will do this by:

  • Drive UI/Visual Design: Lead the creation of high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user interface that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Design System: own and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all of our products.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Product and Design Lead to ensure we’re working on the most important product initiatives, that they are de-scoped effectively and the expectations and user goals are very clearly articulated.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points, translating insights into design solutions.

Who you are: skills and experience

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in UX and UI/visual design, preferably in a start-up or tech environment. You have stories to share about your successes, challenges and lessons learned.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX, UI and visual design skills, including at least one example of a web application or a SaaS product.
  • Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer. Interest/experience using AI Design tools like Visily, UIzard to facilitate quick brainstorming and ideation.
  • Visual design: Expert knowledge of typography, layout and grid, colour theory, and iconography. Illustration, animation and motion skills are a plus.
  • Problem-solving and first-principles thinking: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user experience and business goals. Ability to navigate a high degree of complexity, figuring out what needs to be done and executing on your plan, adjusting approach in light of new information/changes in priority.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design solutions.

Who you are: mindset

  • You are passionate about designing world-class product experiences. You like to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our product offerings.
  • You are obsessed with solving customer problems and enjoy operating across the full product cycle - you’re enthusiastic about product strategy as well as creating pixel-perfect designs.
  • You’re a creator at heart and you’re excited to design assets, interfaces and experiences from 0 - 1.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you and your teams are set and held accountable to highly ambitious goals.
  • You have a "whatever-it-takes" attitude when it comes to making your team and product area successful. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in, doing whatever it takes to make an impact today.
