Purpose
As an Art Director for Social Media, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising and producing entertaining, trendy, and short content ideas, activations and campaigns for social media in partnership with a Content Creator (copywriter), under the supervision of the Social Media Creative Director.
Based on the creative brief developed by the social media strategy team, you will conceptualise, develop, and execute content ideas from early concept to final delivery. And will help the design team visualize the concepts in all the different assets needed to make the concepts relevant on social media and visually appealing.
You have a strong passion for visuals, a natural eye for style and abilities with video shooting and editing
Responsibilities
- Determine the best way to bring the ideas and concepts to another level visually.
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
- Develop the overall look or style of the assets involving the campaigns or marketing actions.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography and graphic developments both by staff members or providers.
- Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style.
- Be serious developing on the established timings based on agency needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an advertising or social media agency.
- Social media demonstrable expertise.
- Passion for video, 3D, motion graphics, and/or editing skills are a BIG plus.
- Demonstrable experience with automotive marketing is a good to have.
- Proven experience as Art Director.
- Must be self-motivated, and able to manage both ideation projects and art design supervision.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love creative and technical challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective organisational abilities.
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
- Medium-high English level
