Hey! ✨ I’m Gemma, a Freelance Creative Project Manager, Designer & Client Lead with 10+ years experience working in the creative industry. With a background in art direction and design, I’ve collaborated with international clients including Adobe, Essen International, Stradivarius, Most Studios, Söderhavet and Lundgren+Lindqvist. Fueled by a love for structure (and a touch of healthy OCD), I am the bridge between clients and creatives, managing everything from briefs and budgets to communication, last-minute changes, and team coordination – always aiming for a smooth, clear and enjoyable process for everyone. Having spent most of my career as a freelancer, I deeply understand the challenges that come with it: from finding clients and defining your voice to making strategic decisions and growing when you’re your own boss. That’s why I’ve created these mentorships: to help fellow freelancers and creatives gain clarity, build confidence, and develop practical strategies to thrive, both creatively and professionally.

👋 Hey! I'm Julia, an Argentine multidisciplinary designer, photographer & educator based in London. I specialise in Creative Direction, Brand Design Systems and Digital Design for a wide range of global clients/studios. With a passion for questioning the status quo, in 2020 I founded a design studio that works within the intersection of art, design and storytelling, frequently crossing over the distinct boundaries set in Graphic Design, bringing concept-driven visual identities to life through thoughtfully crafted printed and digital implementations. My work has been recognised all over the world. I had the honour of being part of multiple exhibitions, publications and contests, from The London Design Festival to The Florence Biennale. They have also been exhibited at POCKO Gallery, London and Object Book Festival, Milan. Feel free to explore my Portfolio & Instagram.
