Kind is seeking an exceptionally talented Digital & Motion Designer to join our award-winning creative team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in web design, digital platforms, and motion graphics, crafting engaging and visually stunning brand experiences. The successful applicant will be based at our headquarters in Bergen, Norway.

Desired Attributes and Skills

Digital Design Expertise:

• Proven experience in designing for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, visually compelling digital designs.

Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Expertise in creating motion graphics and animations using After Effects, Blender, or similar software tools.
• Ability to create engaging 2D/3D animations that align with brand narratives.
• Experience in video editing and compositing is a plus.

Creative Storytelling:

• Ability to convey brand stories through motion and interactive digital experiences.
• Strong sense of composition, timing, and visual hierarchy in motion design.

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how design translates into development.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling and animation is a significant advantage.

Brand Understanding:

• Ability to create and replicate cohesive visual styles across multiple platforms.
• Understanding the role of digital and motion design in holistic brand-building.
