Graphic Designer

Job Description

As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets to drive engagement and brand awareness. This role involves working in the creative team and collaborating with the marketing team to design engaging digital assets for social media, print ads, social posts/videos and email.. The ideal candidate is highly creative and has a strong eye for design, detail oriented and has a strong understanding of digital design principles and brand consistency.

Location: Remote, requires legal status
Reporting to: Art Director
Working closely with: Head of Design, Picture Editors, Editorial, Brand Marketing, Social, Digital, Campaigns & CRM teams


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and design visual content for various marketing channels, including social media (Tik Tok, Instagram), email, website, and print.
Create digital assets such as banners, infographics, social media posts, and display ads to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that align with brand strategy.
Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and event graphics, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
Optimise graphics for digital and print formats, ensuring compatibility across different platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
Assist in developing and enhancing the visual identity of the brand across all channels.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Has an understanding of the luxury market and audiences
Proficiency in design software (i.e Adobe Creative or Figma)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, layout, colour theory, and brand consistency.
Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, email, and web.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (a plus but not required).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
A creative portfolio showcasing your design skills and marketing projects.
